BMW’s 1600cc K bikes have been designed to combine maximum agility and riding dynamics in a powerful, luxurious package. Engine output is claimed to be 160 horsepower and 129 pound-feet of torque. The grand-touring K 1600 GT is said to strike a balance between an “active” (sporty) riding position and long-distance comfort, with a comfortable ergonomic triangle. Standard features will include xenon (HID) headlight, heated grips and seat, cruise control and on-board computer. Rider and passenger will benefit from relaxed, upright seating. Ergonomics design are geared towards enhanced comfort.
