2011 Harley-Davidson Classic

This bike is a 2011 Harley Davidson  Electra Glide Classic, which means that in addition the saddlebags, quick disconnect trunk (called a King Tour-Pak in Harley-speak), and fork-mounted "batwing" fairing with an aftermarket windshield on it. The Classic is equipped with a full complement of bells and whistles. That includes spotlights, and an audio system. This one has has the "profile" chrome wheels on it. {My personal favorite wheel that Harley makes.}  For the open road, it will also have cruise control.  The audio package includes an AM/FM/Weather band and C/D player. It delivers sound through two speakers (two in the fairing).                                                                                                                                                     This one has been treated to some extra chrome goodies, check out the chrome trim on the inner fairing, nice touch!! Also the hand controls, and levers, and the front forks have been given the Chrome treatment!!!  The rear trunk has been mounted on a quick disconnect mounting system, easy on and off!!!!                                                                                     The bike has been fully serviced by our service dept. It is ready to ride!!!  It is set up the way that it should be!!! The air filter is Screaming Eagle, and the Exhaust is an Independent Dual, Rinehart system!! Great looks, and an even better sound!!!                                                                                                                                                                                         The "Glide" part goes back to 1949, when Harley first introduced a hydraulically damped fork, the Hydra-Glide, on its big twins. The name was applied to the entire bike in 1958, when the Duo-Glide was rolled out with rear suspension. In 1965, when the big twin got much needed electric starting, it was renamed the Electra Glide. For six years, until the Super Glide, the first true factory cruiser, debuted out in 1971, the Electra Glide was the only Harley big twin. It is the bike that you think of when someone says "Harley," "dresser," "big twin" or even "American motorcycle."  it is a fun trike to ride!! It has been fully serviced, and it is ready to ride!!!
